This 3-year rotational program was designed to help women in engineering plan, prepare, and execute positions of power in IT.
We strongly believe that diverse teams with unrestrained career opportunities can drive global change and impact their local communities. And, that this objective can be met faster we embrace, promote, and champion gender equality. This is our way of delivering on our convictions.
What To Expect
3-year development program designed to help women in engineering plan their unique career paths in the tech industry.
You will receive training and coaching to prepare you for your first assignment. You will be introduced to leadership as a mentor than a coach.
The second year you will be given a protege, intern, or shadow allowing you to put to practice many of the methods developed the prior year.
In year three you will be given the assignment to test all the skills gathered tailored to the needs of the organization and the program participant.
At the end of the 3-year program you will have visibility and real-life experience leading, and a clear career path for women in leadership positions:

Minimum 3 years experience
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
Passion for software engineering and continual learning
Other majors considered with strong coding background and interest in software engineering
Work visa sponsorship – Available at program completion
Technical schools are also considered with strong portfolio
