Scope
We were asked to augment their IT team in updating all aspects of their digital business. From system architecture to user interfaces, from the online broker portal to the consumer facing mobile app, we supported their team’s delivery of all the technology that now powers their online presence.
Result
By integrating seamlessly into their workflow, we successfully met and exceeded our client’s expectations. We brought to the project our understanding of their user’s comfort zones and what interface design they would easily adopt. We are pleased their Executives have credited their new online tools with playing a big part in advancing their broker relationships. It is not surprising; they were named Carrier of the Year by Independent Brokers in 2014 and 2015, and were subsequently bought by a publicly held company in 2015.
